This policy applies to orders shipped to the United States and the United Kingdom.
Processing and delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and can vary because of carrier delays, customs checks or peak seasons.

- United States: standard shipping $4.95
- United Kingdom: standard shipping £4.95
The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Customs, duties and taxes
Taxes and any import charges collected by us are shown at checkout before you pay. Your order may be subject to customs checks in the destination country. Any duties or taxes not collected at checkout are the customer's responsibility.
Late or missing parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, email info@mypurelia.com with your order number. We'll check with the carrier and keep you updated. If your order still hasn't been delivered 30 days after you placed it, we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
Delivery address
Please check your address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll correct it as long as the parcel hasn't shipped. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it wasn't collected, reshipping is at your cost.
