By purchasing a subscription product from Purelia, you agree to the terms of this Automatic Refill Policy.
Subscription Frequency & Billing
When you enroll in a subscription, you authorize Purelia to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
Unless otherwise specified during checkout, subscription orders are billed and shipped every 30 days.
The recurring charge will be the amount displayed during checkout and may include applicable taxes, shipping fees, or other charges disclosed at the time of purchase.
Recurring Charges
Your subscription will automatically renew and your payment method will be charged at each renewal date unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
By purchasing a subscription product, you expressly authorize Purelia to process recurring payments using your selected payment method.
Optional Subscription Service
Enrollment in our subscription program is completely optional.
Customers may purchase products as a one-time purchase or choose the subscription option to receive recurring deliveries and any applicable subscription discounts.

Cancellation Deadline
To avoid being charged for your next recurring shipment, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
If cancellation is requested after the renewal payment has been successfully processed, the order may already be in fulfillment and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Subscription Renewals
Each recurring billing cycle automatically generates a new order.
Once a renewal order has been generated, it enters our fulfillment workflow and is considered a valid order.
Orders already generated may not be canceled and will be processed according to our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to reprocess the payment using the payment method on file.
If payment remains unsuccessful, your subscription may be paused or canceled until a valid payment method is provided.
Subscription Pricing
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, discounts, product availability, shipping fees, or subscription benefits at any time.
If a pricing change materially affects your subscription, we will provide reasonable notice before the change takes effect.
Refunds
